Spondyloarthropathy Similarity Polls and results.
As many of us know there is little information out there about Spondyloarthropathies. The progression, cause and remission are largely a mystery. These polls are designed to allow those of us with one or more of the Spondyloarthropathies to help each other understand as much as possible about our inflictions. This is a place for each of us to contribute with anonymity while helping to compile the desired information for our fellow sufferers. These polls are the sum of the experiences of the visitors who participate. Most people in remission don’t seek information and support, at lest not like those who are not. Thus these polls may be skewed in the direction of those who are chronic or at least not in remission.
Some of the questions will no doubt seem to be nonsensical. But given the limited understanding of the Spondyloarthropathies the numbers even if pointing to the obvious will give us the definitive.
These polls should only be taken by people with one or more of the Spondyloarthropathies or someone close to them that knows their circumstances.

Spondyloarthropathy Polls
Reactive Arthritis (ReA) AKA: Reiter's Syndrome polls Ankylosing Spondylitis. (AS) polls
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) polls Psoriatic Arthritis (PA) polls.
Conjunctivitis, Iritis, Uveitis polls Keratoderma Blennorrhagica. (KB) polls
Some of the poll questions.
Are you Male of Female? What’s your diagnosis? Nationality/Ethnic group? How many of you are HLA-B27 Positive? Using this scale how would you rate your pain on a typical day? Do you believe that stress can trigger a flare of your disease? Do you believe that a person truly in chronic pain can or cannot become addicted to pain medications? Do you have Sleep Apnea? Immune System and Appendix. This poll is to determine the most common infections for Reactive Arthritis sufferers.
This poll in particular maybe skewed a bit because people in remission are not generally those visiting and taking these polls. Statistics shows most afflicted with these diseases do go into remission. How many of you are in remission and for how long?
